ive been having this pain for a few hours now…my lower back is hurting so bad feels like i was beat in the back all day by a bat and in between my shoulder blades r killin me also and my contractions are lasting about a min and they r almost back 2 back… my contractions are gettin harder and harder and also iam having pains in the upper inside part of my thighs..the pain almost has me in tears.i also have toxemia and iam starting to swell really bad in my face now and my left eye is now swollen and very red. do i need to go to the er or is this braxton and hicks? and is this swelling just something i need to deal with until i have my son?

go to the hospital..sounds like labor..and your pulse is high..normal pulse is 60-90..good luck and congrats..

Go, it sounds like you could be in active labor. Dont bother going to the er, go straight to labor and delivery. Dont worry about calling your dr, the hospital will call.
If you have toxemia you dont want things to get bad, so I suggest go!
