I am 27 weeks and constantly have had pain in my back right at my right shoulder blade that travels all the way around to ribs on that side. If it continues or gets worse I'd call your Doctor. Additional comment: Yes, I would demand an ultrasound to check for gallstones. If there is a blockage it could be/get serious.
