Has anyone had this…I am 34 weeks 3 days pregnant and I have this constant deep pain under right rib and goes straight through to the back under the right shoulder blade. Feels like i need to stretch my right arm but the pain doesn’t go away at all, no matter what i do. Any ideas?

Could be your Gall bladder. If it continues or gets worse I’d call your Doctor.
Additional comment: Yes, I would demand an ultrasound to check for gallstones. If there is a blockage it could be/get serious.
I have had the exact same pain for ages since I got pregnant. I am 27 weeks and constantly have had pain in my back right at my right shoulder blade that travels all the way around to ribs on that side. Sometimes its dull, but at times like tonight really sharp..like someone is stabbing me there..
its the baby under there try lifting up ur arms nd stretching it pulls ur rib cage off the baby i get it all the time tho sumtimes babies stubborn and theres nothing i can do to relieve he pain lol
